  • Conditions for Early Bird Registrations:
    Usually an EBR is a supporting payment  that can’t be paid back in case of cancellation. For EuroHas2011 we have other conditions! If you have to cancel your registration then you can transfer it to someone else BUT: The new registrant has to pay to EH2011 a supplementary € 50,00. This is because we accepted way to many EB’s! We offered an 100 rego’s but in ended with more than 150 early birds!! (Neptunus just can’s say NO to his friends, that’s why NudeNuts took over!)

  For the rest are we trying something NEW, the sooner you register, the less you pay.
  Kids under 12 pay less anyway, only € 50.
   

• EarlyBird registrations are numbers 1 thru 150; you pay € 75  ==CLOSED==
• Registrations 151 thru 250; you pay € 175  ==CLOSED==
• Registrations 251 thru 375; you pay € 225 ==DON'T WAIT TOO LONG IF YOU WANT THIS PRICE==
• Registrations 376 thru 500; you pay € 275
• Registrations 501 thru 999; you pay € 295
• Registration 1000; you lucky devil, you are our guest, all for free!
• Registrations 1001 and up; you pay € 325

Rules of the game:

• The moment we receive your registration is the criterion on which your payment is based. Kids are counted as well, but pay only € 50.
  • But we expect you to pay within a couple of months, After a few reminders we mark your registration as being late and charge you according to the date we receive your payment! (that is, the same amount we charge the person who registered the moment we received your payment).
• If someone cancels a registration, there will be a refund, but we are not going to renumber the whole list and get refunds to registrants that would move up to a cheaper category. It is endless trouble, we have better things to do with our life. No, we just mark cancellations as canceled and keep on numbering.
  • If you cancel at a very late stage when we have already made commitments for you for which we cannot get a refund, than you will only get a limited refund as well. Try to sell your registration if you have to cancel at a very late stage.
• If you want to sell your registration to someone else, that could be possible of course, but we are not going to facilitate that (too much trouble as well). For such changes in registration we charge you € 10 to process in our administration. Not that we want to get rich out of it, but just to prevent we have to make a million changes along the way. We are busy enough with organising a perfect EuroHash2011.

'net amount' means we need to receive payment in Euro currency (no Dollar, Yen, Lire, Pounds nor Roebel). Check your bank rules to find out how you can pay for the costs of international money transfer. Tip: Within  the European Union, International bank transfers are free -for us- and very low cost -or for free as well- for you if you mark 'share cost'. Check your bank rules for details. From outside the EU, you can pay with PayPal. Also a one-time payment using your creditcard without opening a PayPal account. Cost of the transaction is 3 to 5 Euro or so.
